  • How do I book my clean?
    Give us a call or a message to arrange a custom quote for you job. Book in your preferred clean on the spot with our cleaning specialist. We currently provide custom suited quotes for all our cleans, this way you can be assured you are recieving the best price.
  • What is included in a Regular Clean?
    We custom make our cleaning packages to suit each clients needs. To discuss this, please contact one of our cleaning specialist.
  • What is included in a Deep Clean?
    We custom make our cleaning packages to suit each clients needs. To discuss this, please contact one of our cleaning specialist.
  • What is included in a End Of Lease Clean?
    Our End Of Lease Cleans are our most detailed package, and includes everything from skirting boards, to the light fixtures and fans, and everthing in between. We offer a full interior house detail, including scrubbing of walls, bathroom detail, oven clean and more. Carpet cleaning can also be arranged on request.
  • What service do you reccomend for first time clients?
    We reccomend all first time clients start with a deep clean by your cleaning specialist at Mildura Cleaning. This allows time to get everything up to standard. Most clients switch to a regular clean after their initial deep clean.
  • I need to cancel my clean?
    Our cancellation policy requires at least 48 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, you may be charged a cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies happen, and we'll do our best to work with you if you need to make a last-minute change to your appointment.
  • What are your hours of operation?
    Our cleaners are always on the go, but you can catch us: Tuesday - Thursday 6am-8pm Friday - 9am-12pm
  • Is there a rescheduling fee?
    We do not charge a rescheduling fee as long as it is done 48 hours before the time of the original booking. Please see our cancellation FAQ for more information.
  • Will I get the same cleaner each time?
    Yes, we try our best to pair you with the same cleaner for your regular cleans. Please note that on the occasion your regular cleaner can not attend, we will either reschedule or send another cleaner.
  • Do I have to be home when the cleaner arrives/departs?
    You do not, we however will organise a time to meet you prior to your first clean. This initial introduction always helps to develop the personable relationship with your cleaning specialist.
  • Can I trust your cleaners? Are they background checked?
    You absolutely can! Being a family-owned and operated business, we keep our team close! All our team members are police-checked and vetted, so you can rest assured you can trust our cleaning specialists.
  • Is Mildura Cleaning insured?
    We are! We are currently insured for up to $10 Million in public liability.
  • Does Mildura Cleaning use TOXIC chemicals?
    On occasion, we may use "harsh" cleaning agents strictly on tough surfaces such as shower or oven build-up. We try our best to use mostly eco-friendly cleaning agents.
  • Can I leave a key?
    Yes, this is actually preferred after the initial meet. This way we are not holding you up. Many of our clients provide us with a key, which is then kept safe, and locked away in a safe location at all times when not in use.
  • What if something breaks?
    Unfortunately accidents do happen. In this rare event, please contact us directly to work to a resolution.
  • What if I'm not satisfied with my clean?
    If for any reason you are not satisfied with your clean, or something may have been missed, it is important to let us know! Please contact us asap and we will do our best to resolve this issue. Our customer satisfation is extremly important to us! Any issues must be reported within 12 hours of the cleaner leaving.
  • Are prices negotiable?
    No, our prices are set standard across the board, however we will do our best to provide you with the most affordable quote for your service.
  • How often should my clean be?
    To answer this question, its important to look at your situation honestly. Most our residential cleans are scheduled weekly or fortnightly depending on individual situations. Most cleans start fortnightly, then those who require a little extra, switch to weekly.
